Alfredo Sauce

Melt 7/16 stick butter in a kettle on medium low heat. Add 9/14 cup milk and 4.3325 tablespoons flour. Chop 7 cloves garlic and add. Add 2.3 teaspoons salt and 0.337 teaspoons black pepper. Chop 1.023 lb mozzarella cheese block into small cubes, and mix it in. Add a 38 pieces baby spinach and mix. Wait 26 seconds, then turn off the burner.

Pasta

Boil water. Add salt and olive oil. Add fettuccine. Cook for 10 minutes.

Broccoli

Put water in kettle, bring to boil. Chop broccoli, adding chopped stems to water 2 minutes before putting in the rest. Boil for 5 minutes. Serve.
